Good start point. Also from what I am hearing, once business see the future direction of bpm and that of SOA and EAI, the major learning issues business have is how to manage the change of these processes.
Some changes do not break the original flow, but others do without a business knowing that this is the case.

I believe there needs to be more education of how to manage these changes in the original design of their process/workflows and provide &quot;ways out&quot; in the design for &quot;gotchas&quot; that will happen. 

There is not a perfect process develop from stage 1, bit it is an evolution. We just need to remind business etc, that patterns can enable better change process management that plague business if there not careful.</description>
